RiskTech may offer both free and paid subscription tiers. If you choose a paid plan, you agree to pay the associated fees as described at signup. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees at any time, but we’ll notify you 30 days before billing under any new fee schedule.

• Subscription renews automatically unless canceled prior to renewal date.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RISKTECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. NO ORAL OR WRITTEN INFORMATION OR ADVICE GIVEN BY RISKTECH SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY.

📜11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ends. You remain responsible for any outstanding fees. Termination does not affect our rights or remedies under these Terms. Sections on Fees, License, Confidentiality, Indemnification, and Limitation survive any termination.
